We will be following the precautions below:
- The church building will be thoroughly disinfected between Sundays.
- For now, we are practicing “no touch” gatherings (avoid hugs, handshakes, etc.).
- We ask everyone to practice social distancing and wear masks to cover your face and nose throughout the building. Exceptions are children under age 2 and adults with breathing issues.
- When parking your car, leave a space between you and the car beside you.
- Wait in your car until the safety team escorts you and your family to entry door. Everyone who will be sitting with you needs to be escorted to the building at the same time.
- After entering the church, go down the hallway to the sanctuary, where you will be seated by ushers.
- You will be seated in pews approximately ten feet from people in front or back of you. Please continue to wear your mask.
- For now, services will have worship music without singing (due to spread of respiratory droplets).
- An offering box for your tithes and offerings can be found in the foyer before entering the sanctuary. Offering plates will not be passed during the service.
- On Communion Sundays, you can pick up communion elements by the offering box as you enter the sanctuary.
- No materials (bulletins) will be distributed. Bring your own paper and pens for notetaking, etc.
- Pews will be dismissed row-by-row after worship for you to make your way to the parking lot.
- You are encouraged to have conversations from a distance in the parking lot and not congregate in the church building.
- There will be no Sunday School classes until determined safe to do so by the Elders. All classrooms, nursery, Gathering Grounds, and kitchen are closed.
- The church office is closed except to staff, church leadership and offering counters.
- For safety reasons, groups wanting to meet in the building need to be approved through the office.
- Refreshments (coffee) and food will not be served. The water fountains are temporarily closed.
- The restrooms are open. Do your best to maintain social distance. Please wash your hands and/or use sanitizer afterwards.
- Hand sanitizer will be available for you to use.
- You are asked to stay home if you have any symptoms of sickness.
- The above procedures will be adjusted as conditions change and as determined by the Elders.
We hope you will be able to join us for worship this Sunday or in the near future.
